Rangers - Josh Hamilton, his comeback story says it all.
A's - Mark Ellis, been with the team for awhile, and is active unlike Chavez.
Mariners - Ichiro, seriously why wouldnt you pick him?
Indians - Grady Sizemore, when he's not injured all the time, he's definitely the leader.
Royals - Zack Greinke, has the most history with the organization, and is a great pitcher.
Tigers - Brandon Inge no doubt, been with the team his whole career.
Twins - Joe Mauer, he definitely has leader written all over him.
Orioles - Brian Roberts, been with the team his whole career.
Blue Jays - Vernon Wells, has the strongest bat and most history with the team.
Rays - Carl Crawford, been with the team his whole career.

Giants - Aubrey Huff, the man speaks his mind alot, and backs it up with a good bat.
Padres - Adrian Gonzales, is the main source of offense for the Padres.
