I have very bad breakage what kind of conditioner should i use?

i have used nexxus emergencee and it seemed to make my hair worse does anyone have any suggestions on what i should use?

Have you tried Australlian Aussi. It is good for deep conditioning. Also try Panteen Relaxed and Natural Shampoo, Conditioner as well as the setting lotion and oil sheen. Also try to stay away from things like blowdryers and hot irons til your hair gets healthy. Try wrapping your hair sitting under the dryer it should help some. Also if you are relaxing your hair then you need to stop using that product and find something else that is more gentle to your hair.
