How long does mono stay the most contagious?
I just read in a website that mono is only slightly contagious after the fever has gone down in people, which is kind of comforting to know since I just kissed a girl who had mono like 4 weeks ago. But in my case, I still wanna know, do still have a serious chance of getting mono?
Mono is the most contagious the first 14 days even when the carrier doesn't have any symptoms. After the fever is gone, is becomes less contagious... but still VERY contagious.
