What can you put inside shampoo or conditioner?
My hair is relaxed and dry and I was wondering what I could put in my shampoo or conditioner to make my hair better or more moist/dry. What do you put in yours or what do you think will help?
A lot of people mix oils and coconut milk, etc. into their shampoos and conditioners. Here's the deal: shampoos contain chemicals. chemicals react with other thing, including the stuff you add to the shampoo. then, the effectiveness of the additional substance is reduced. Try oiling your hair with olive oil (or if it's extremely dry then coconut oil) and then keeping it on for a while then wash off with the regular shampoo and conditioner. Once in a while, use an egg hair mask to strengthen your hair.
