Mixed Color

Do labradors always have mixed color litters?
I have a chocolate female that was bread with a chocolate male, will they produce any other color pups?
I recieved my dog pregnant...so i am not asking for your opinion to get smart ass comments! If you do not have a direct answer than DO NOT ANSWER!!!
It depends on the genotype of both dogs.
The genotype for chocolate is bb, therefore there will be no black labs in the litter. Because black is the dominant gene (BB or Bb for a carrier)
The two possible genotypes for chocolate labs are
EEbb and Eebb
EE means that there is no yellow gene, and Ee means that they carry the yellow gene. (eebb would produce a yellow lab).
Therefore there can only be yellow lab pups produced in the litter if both parents are Eebb. And at that, chances are still fairly slim.
You should know this if you are breeding.
