whats the difference between a paul mitchell shine and a color?
i know a shine is semi permenant and a color is permanent. my hair is brown and i just want it to be a darker chocolate brown. shines are less expensive so that is why im thinking of getting it instead of the regular color. could i even tell the difference? please tell me everything you know! thanks
Shines are kinda like color enhancers, they add just the right amount of pigment to your hair to enhance the color your hair is. I'd dye it and then use to Shine to make your color last longer.
