Mystery alien movie number 3, 1980s movie, urban area...?
I dont remember much. Again, saw this as a kid in the 1980s or early 1990s. What I remember, there is this caucasian man with blonde hair - he kind of looks like that actor from the movie beastmaster. Then there is an african american actor playing is friend- both realize aliens are stealing bodies and they start fighting back. I think I remember a scene by the side of a building where they have metal pipes or wood. The african american actor looks like a and 20-30s thin danny glover.

Summary:
"John Nada is a man without job who walks around a big American city trying to find something to do. He finally finds a job as a worker and a place to spend the nights, but one day something terrible happens to him.
