and i wash my hair very thoroughly. it's not the shampoo i use because i switch up every couple of months. im guessing i have a fungus in my head but my scalp looks healthy besides the fact that my hair hardly every grows. i cant afford to see a dermatologist. what natural things/over the counter products can i use?

*yes ive tried medicated shampoos like head and shoulders, etc. but dandruff is not really an issue, only the smell.
okay u sa sebum, but my hair is as dry as ever...so i dont think its sebum n washing my hair everyday would be damaging.
