Is Manic Panic Hair Dye Glow in the dark or is the another glow in the dark dye that I could use?
I'm planning a party with darkness and glow in the dark paint everywhere.Not to expensive not too cheap that it works only for 30mins
I heard that if u were Manic Panic dye, it will only glow under UV LIGHT but I dont want to buy a UV light.. Is there a dye that glows in the dark and doesn't damage hair?
Very few things glow in the dark without some sort of UV light. You'll be pretty hard pushed to find a dye that does - you might have some luck with a wash out coloured gel though.
