red itchy flaky eyebrows and nothing ever works?
hey guys fopr months now ive been getting red itchy flaky eyebrows i get most days some days are better than others.
but nothing really works and i have eyebrow loss because of it
the hairs are groing back and i really dont wanna take any more chances on it incase they dont grow back the next time.
i cant apply any cream to them as it is too sticky and might pull the hairs out as they are weak from all the inflammation.
acv doesnt work either can anyone suggest anything else besides acv, derma creams........
preferably more water based as it sticks less.
thanks
It may be eczema or seborrhea, which is relative to dandruff. It's when your skin cells produce too quickly, therefore, causing buildup of dead skin cells - flakes.
I'd recommend a shampoo and a facial cleanser:

It's good to exfoliate your face while it's wet. That will help in removing the flakes. You can use warm water and a soft wash cloth or your fingers and *gently* rub the specific areas.
Sometimes it helps to use a lotion daily to help soften the skin and break up the flakes. If you have a lot of dryness I would recommend using Cetaphil cream or Aveeno Fragrance-Free Baby Lotion. Apply the cream/lotion while your skin is wet, as it absorbs better.
This may be unrelated, but a food allergy could be a factor. You can develop food allergies at any stage of life. Milk, peanuts, shellfish, oranges and eggs are the most common. They can cause skin irritations like rashes, eczema, etc.. Seeing a doctor for testing could be beneficial.
It may also be helpful to use a free and clear (no dyes or fragrance) laundry detergent, because the chemicals in regular detergent can aggravate sensitive skin and cause redness and inflammation.
