AGH! I've been breaking out lately - due to my weight loss?
I've lost a ton of weight this summer... Well, 25 pounds! I've done it by eating healthy, and exersizing. I've been eating about 30 g of fiber a day, and drinking tons of water, tons of fruits and veggies... I just feel so much healthier! But -- i've been breaking out like crazy all summer. I don't remember breaking out this often any other summer - I'm wondering if its due to my weight loss, or my body kind of detoxing ? I don't exersize with makeup on either, so its not that...
or do u think its more likely that its just the heat of summer making my face sweat more? I don't know! I'm just sick of wearing concealer EVERY SINGLE DAY. I miss my old skin, wtf happened to it?
Any ideas what could be makign my skin so horrible?
i have added quite a bit of dairy into my diet... I take a good multi vitamin though.
Your body does not remove toxins through the skin in this manner.
Changes in diet can impact acne formation. Typically due to vitamin deficiencies like vitamin A and E. I believe an increase in consumption of some dairy foods can have an impact.
For me, I actually saw a significant decrease in ance formation when I started dieting.
