wella product for covering grey hair?

can you share your experiences in using wella professional koleston perfect for covering grey hair ?

When I went to salon to ask for the products, the salon guy showed me this Wella koleston perfect and the color is natural black to cover the grey hairs. He said being Asian he will use the right color to give the natural shade to my hair.
Should I use only certain shampoos for this after coloring ? how long this would last ?Any procedure to be followed to extend the number of days it will stay on my hair ?
Wella Koleston Perfect is a professional product. How on earth did you get your hands on it? It is an excellent product but you don't mention the shade name and that's important to know when covering grey hair.
