what does it mean by emusify?
hey all, recently i bought kerastase masquintense. it states under the instructions that to apply the product to hair for 5-10 mins. then emulsify before rinsing.
anyone knows what does that emulsify mean?

Emulsification in the exact scientific sense is to mix two things together that are not soluble. For example, oil and water are insoluble because oil is nonpolar while water is. If you shake the oil and water up together though, the oil droplets will emulsify in the water and kind of mix in with it before it separates again.
I imagine that your hair product thing means to wet it down and comb it through your hair a bit before rinsing it out.
The poster above saying lather it up is not a bad idea either. Basically just mix that sh!t up in your hair.
