my child in child care class is allergic to wheat, dairy, eggs, and peanuts. what are some things i can make that don't include that stuff?

Welcome to my world - my son is peanut and egg allergic. There are all types of fantastic sites to look up which give you recipies for these. Im assuming they are anaphlyatic so another big thing is make sure they dont have traces of peanut/egg/wheat/dairy. I would stick to natural foods like apples, organges, celery,. Are you his mum or just as carer at the child care? Ask his parents to bring foods in or to give you empty packes so you can go and buy some foods too.
A big thing is if a label says "Dairy free" make sure you read the ingredent as "whey' "caseine" are other names for milk or dairy.
