Yes! I'm a lot older than 13 and I don't even wear that much (and it's not because I'm some gorgeous girl either). I would recommend leaving your face alone!!!! Wearing all that face makeup at such a young age is just going to f*** up your skin. I like the idea of a clear mascara for you (easily removed, not too dark, ext.), and obviously lib balm is awesome too.
Just think of it this way. As girls get older they tend to wear more makeup. Then, when girls go out, they want to amp up their makeup for a darker more dramatic look. If at 13 years old you're already wearing a full face of makeup, what will you have to look forward too? Try to enjoy your perfect youthful skin! There will be plenty of time for makeup
