Does ion color brilliance wet or dry ceramic digital styling iron work well for black women's hair?

I bought it at Sally Beauty Supply for $80...I need something that will not dry my hair out.

its works ok i barely bought it like 2days ago but with all sallys straghteners i barely found out all of the ceramic straighteners are just coated not actually full ceramic. i have a ginalli milano from the mall and prefer that one over the ion cuz the ginalli makes my hair smoother and its 100% ceramic. but i have really damaged bleached hair so im picky with straighteners but my sister likes the ion one alot.
