What's a strong hold hairspray that won't make my hair look stiff?
I have hair that gets oily if I skip a day of washing.
I want a hairspray that will hold my style but still leave my hair brush-able and soft. Preferably one that can be found at a drugstore and is under $5.
Should I get a mousse instead? Does mousse have as strong a hold as hairspray?
I personally wouldn't use mousse unless you are looking to add volume as well.
This is my favorite line--> http://www.schwarzkopf-professional.ca/en_CA/finish/osis-intro/osis/products/ .. it's brand new, but I've been using it for months (my friends mom is a hairdresser and has access to new things on their lines before it is publicly available), so you might have a hard time finding it. I have like, UNCONTROLABLE curls, I can use an entire can of the strongest hairspray and it doesn't hold, but this stuff really works. i can use a couple sprays and it does better than the other stuff.
It's likely more expensive, and you may only be able to get it at a salon but it will last forever and it's worth it!
