How can i hold high chest notes for longer?
Excluding breath. Just want to know if you can help because im finding it hard to do so at the moment.
I had to do high notes when doing Phantom Of The Opera in a concert.
Try doing what my music teacher told me:
Take a deep breath and feel it collect up from the bottom of your lungs up. Then when you release that high note, imagine pushing it forward as if it was to travel over everyone's heads sitting watching the concert.
It doesn't sound like good advice for your question, but I did keep the note going for longer and I ( if i say so myself) sound alot better
