Does the Herstyler Straightener work good?

Is this website safe? & is Herstyler good?
Because my friend has it and the plates burn so it turns brown, but overall she told me its a great straightener?
Has anyone ever expeerienced that?
i dont have curly hair.
i have naturally straight hair, but at the bottom it tends to be kinda wavy.

OK #1 I'm pretty sure the website is safe because when ever i consider buying something online that is the first website i go on.
#2 I think that herstyler is a good brand because i own a herstyler straighter and it works very well.
#3 as for what is happening to your friend i think that she is using the product incorrectly. I know for a fact that when you straighten your hair you need to run the straightener over your hair slowly but not too slow because that is where the burning can happen. You should also not straighten your hair when it is wet because this can also result in burning your hair.
#4 and finally no i have never experienced that because i always follow the guidelines i gave you above. ^^^^^^^^
So i hope this helps you decide whether you should or should not buy this straightener. If it helps i figured out this tip that may work for your hair. If you have extremely curly hair you should generously gel the section that you are about to straighten this way it wont frizz over periods of time. Hope this helps.
