Im on the Herbalife Diet I started Yesterday Morning With The Meal Replacement Shakes The Tea And The Herbal Aloe Water . My Coach said i can eat only 1 meal a day but only at Lunch time ... My Real question is can i Eat Fruit At any time if feel hungry Because right now Im hungry But i dont wanna Ruin my routine already or will i just have to wait till lunch time and stay hungry .. ugh i feel so pathetic but someone please help !? or are there any other healthy snak ideas ?
