Is the Oster Animal Care: Oatmeal Naturals' Dermasilk Conditioner a shampoo or a conditioner?
I don't know if it is a conditioner or a shmapoo because it says that it's DERMASILK CONDITIONER but it also says PET SHAMPOO WITHT THE SOOTHING POWER OF 100% NATURAL OATMEL.
When I bought it I was sure it was Shampoo but it's doesn't froth so I'm not sure

I believe it is just a conditioner. Most of the ingredients are those found in conditioners. Since the label also only specifies conditioner, I doubt it was meant to be a shampoo, or they would have said so in the name.
I can't find a website for Oster Animal Care, but only the Oster Co. that makes clippers and household appliances, and I doubt they are the same.
