What clothes should I wear and where should I shop?
To help you I should describe what I look like and what thing I already know I like. I like Roxy stuff and Hello Kitty. I have long black hair with cinnamon highlights, really dark eyes, and tanned skin.
You should shop at multiple places. Don't get stuck one one.
Since you like Roxy, PacSun has alot of cute stuff. If you cant afford there prices (some say they are a bit overpriced like Hollister or w/e I don't know) shop clearance. Hot Topic and Target usually carries Hello Kitty Graphic T's. Also Clarie's carry Hello Kitty accessories.
But since you have tan skin you can go with the Beachy look.

Also try shopping in Old Navy.
Target is wear I normally get my basic's.
And Aeropostale I find the cami's and tanks in the
clearance for no more than $5. So just shop around
and dont be afraid to check those clearance racks cause
you can get WAY more.
