what good bargain curling iron do u like and recommend?
I wanted to get Hot Tools/Helen of Troy but stores around didn't have one. i want to get 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" curling iron to get loose waves, like blake lively's. I don't want to spend more than $40.
pls let me know ur experiences with them and why u like the one u tried.
I have a Conair spiral iron and I love it! It is the only one I have really liked! It has grooves so all you have to do is clip one end of your hair and twist and it makes perfect spirals that last forever! I don't even need hairspray which I love! The curls start out tight and after an hour or so they loosen to gorgeous wavy tousels of curls! Take care!
