Therma silk heart activated hair spray?
I want to start styling my hair, so i bought this hair spray, but i have no idea how to use it! the directions on the back make no sense at all to me. (if it's heat activated, do i spray and then use a curler? it says flammable though....) Some one help me!

Don't do that. I would return it. Heat activated hair spray? That's not good, your hair can burst into flames, even if you spray it on and use it after you style your hair. Or it could happen if you sit out in the sun. Heat activated sounds extremely dangerous.
Return it. Go buy something from a professional salon. If you want a working hairspray(soft hold) use Redken Workforce 09 (if you want medium use Quick Dry 18, and strong use Forceful 23).
Style your hair FIRST. Then spray when you're finished.
Also, if you want to use a product while you style, you can use a mousse (my favorite is Kenra Extra Volume) or gel (KMS Hair Play), just make sure before you buy it that it's not flammable.
