Lots of questions about the conditioning of the hair, i think most of it makes sense, also possible answers included in some.
answer away......
1)is hair wax good 4 ya hair?
2)is it better to be frizzy instead of trying to smooth it out?
3)is it better to wash often or not so often?
4)cold or hot water? and why?
5)which fats are good for your hair?, is it just the omega oils?
6)is it good to where a hat? to block sun maybe but the heat cannot escape through your head so well so perhaps hair becomes dry and hair falls out a bit?
7)air conditioning any good for your hair and why(not)?
8)central heating or heaters good or bad? and why?

1) Not for people who get greasy hair easily it adds the look of grease to the grease....
2) I know it sounds ridiculous but if your hair is naturally frizzy straightening it once in a while (literally like once in a while) it shines like mad because its having a different treatment to something its used to but if you want your look to change then try it out & see which suits it better...
3) Never wash everyday just every second day but once I found out when I was ill that if you leave your hair to get really greasy the grease is natural so it does wonders for your hair after you've washed it it shines like crazy....
4)cold.....hot water is a bit like straightners but not as bad...it drys the hair out a bit too much sometimes......the cold just cleans the hair it doesn't change anything about it..
5)omega oils are....these aren't fats but their good for your hair....water (drinking & washing in) & calcium...
6)Not sure about this one...depends how long your outside for cause the hat can just heat up your hair as much by being on your head with the sun shining on it....
7)don't know...
8)you mean in the house or used on hair?....
9)milk, yoghurt, oily fish, water, fruits....
10)don't know but shouldn't use it if you get greasy hair easily....its there to add moisture & greasy hair doesn't need moisture....dry hair does...
