I've seen Matrix Vavoom Extra-Full Freezing Hairspray and Schwarzkopf Osis in a mall here in the Philippines. Which of the two is the best (I mean best), because I really need a VERY STRONG hairspray that can hold my hair up all day (without respraying)? Please do answer my question. I really need a VERY GOOD hairspray. If there are other hairsprays that are better than above, please do tell me.
