Do I use hair wax, putty, or pomade for my hair?

I think my hair is really thick. I used Matrix Men Hair Wax but it won't stay it the shape I want, it always goes down, within like an hour. Which product is the best to puff up my hair or make it move around in the shape that I want and make it look natural without it being all hard and stiff like gel.

It would depend on the texture of your hair, the length and the cut. Different products work for different hair types. Ask a reputable hair stylist or salon - they can make some good suggestions and show you how to use it to get the best results.
