Bleaching And Colouring My Black Hair?
Already have black hair but It faded and I have roots
I want to : black hair with Blue streaks.
I have brought the black permanent dye, (2) 40 volume bleaching kits and Manic Panic After Midnight blue.
I have done a strand test which obviously made my hair go orange and then I waited till later in the day and re-applied some to the same area and it went to a bright blonde like I wanted.
BUT
I don't know if will be as strong when I renew my faded black hair with the black dye.
I get the streaking cap on then bleach the bits I want ,
shall I then wash it out and condition the bits of hair ive bleached in between both bleach jobs then after i've bleached it the second time condition again and put on the blue dye over the blonde bits?.
I wonna get it all done in one day I know I risk my hair getting damages so I have brought Tresemme Intensive conditioner to restore moisture and repair dye hair and Bliss colour protection.

Just go ahead and apply the black perm. dye all over... process, rinse, light conditioner... pull thru a cap what hair you want to have the blue streaks... you can condition in between each step with normal conditioner and after you are completely done do the extensive conditioner... once you have hair pulled thru the cap... apply the bleach... cover with a plastic bag... this will keep the product from drying out... process the same time as you did in your test strand... first application will remove the black and lift the hair a few levels... rinse, light conditioner, it will be in the brassy stage... you can apply bleach again... again process the same time as the test strand... always rinse good... condition a little to just close up the cuticle... now you can apply the blue... and you should be done... and do it in one day... if you went to a salon they would do it in one day... hope this helps:-))))
