I am going for rock climbing in Shawangunk Ridge near New York. How difficult will it be?

That is the link.. My physical fitness is quite poor cant do a pull up or push up without great difficulty. It lasts for 6 hours will I be able to manage even if it is difficult?
According to the link, difficulty is "Intensity level 3" which is supposedly easy to moderate..very relative terms.. Anyone here who has taken this particular course before?

hey guys i just came back from rock climbing today at the gunks. The experience was AMAZING!! u don really need to much strength its more about technique and balance..i had an awesome time 
lots of scrapes and bruises but definitely worth it . Thanks for your replies
It says 5.1 to 5.8 difficulties. 5.1 is pretty easy. big footholds and lots of them...like climbing a ladder. 5.8 can be tricky especially for the newbie. The footholds are smaller, maybe as wide as 1 inch and spaced further apart so you'll need to stretch more to reach them.
I've only climbed a few routes in the Gunks, so I'm no big expert on the area, but I had good times on all of my climbs.
