goldwell permanent hair colour?
does anybody know what colours 5n and 5w are. I am used to using loreal majirel and therefore dont know what the W and N mean. Im guessing 5 is the base and N and W are the tones i just need to know what they mean.
any help would be appreciated!
as far as i am aware there is no "5W" Goldwell run in lines pretty much like any other colour range being that the number i.e. 5 is the level of the colour (5 being light brown) and the letter is the base tone i.e. N (N being a neutral base concocted of both equal cool and warm tones) the usual goes like:
N = neutral
G = gold
R = red
P = pink
A and B = blue bases (ash is a blue base)
V = violet
K = copper
S = silver
so i don't know about the woman above me thinking W = warms, "warm" is not a colour for a base, to put "warm" would be ridiculous as that would not symbolise any kind of base, red, gold, copper are all warm bases!!!
