Ginalli Milano

Have you bought a flat iron from the mall?
My Boyfrnd bought a flat iron from a Ginalli Milano Kiosk in the Tucson Park Mall. He paid $129. When I went to use it I noticed that it looked used, and cheap. The spelling in the warranty was atrocious. The saleman promised him a refund if he didn't use it. We went back the next day and the sales lady would not honor that promise. I asked for a manager or his number. She did not know who her manager was, or who owned the kiosk. She would not give me a business card or a number to call. The flat iron is named Donna milano. The spelling on the box is wrong. Beware!!! My boyfriend had his heart in the right place. Waring to all who is going to buy one from them. It's better to buy from a reputable place.
I would first go to the mall management and see if they can give you any info. Then I would talk to the Better Business Bureau. Surely between those two, someone can help you.
Fun with Ginalli!
