Giant Light

If there was a mirror 100 mil light years away, and looked at it with a telescope, could we see the dinosaurs?
Ive always wondered if we discovered a giant mirror 100 million light years from earth directly facing us, whether, if we had a really super powered telescope, we could look at it and see the dinosaurs on earth 200 million years ago?
This is probably the most interesting question I've seen.
Excluding the fact this is probably impossible, I'm going to answer yes, because photons travel at a constant speed in vacuum, of course taking it 100 million years to reach the mirror, and another 100 million years for the mirror to reflect the photons back.
Is It A Good Idea To Microwave A Giant Mercury Light Bulb?
