My pores are clogged up with JUNK and my skin is red and dry but OILY too if that makes sense? HELP!?
I am a guy in my 20's and I don't have much acne but lately my skin feels really nasty. I try to wash my face but I have like OIL plugging up my pores. A hot, warm washcloth loosens it but the next day my pores are plugged up with gunk AGAIN! My skin is looking really rough and dry lately but yet it's OILY too like around the cheeks and chin and dry around the eyes and forehead.
I live by the beach and the weather has been cold and dry. What can I use to fix this problem? Is there any product that makes my skin CLEAN and unclogs the pores. My GF says she can do a facial on me once per week but a FACIAL? Seriously? Isn't there another way to fix this than sitting around with some funky green mask like a chick once per week?
Hey if I gotta do the facial I will....at this point I don't care. Any soap I use is just making it WORSE then it's tight and itchy feeling! GF says a facial is supposed to be "relaxing" um...does it matter if I drink a beer 1st?
Try a mild soap. If your skin is dry but also oily, then you have combination skin. So, you would need a soap that would clean enough but not irritate your dry skin.I would recommend AcneFree for sensitive skin- it's the only thing that worked for me, so maybe it could help you. It has this like, lotion stuff that helps. Or if that doesn't help, there's Skin ID or Proactive.
