My upstairs neighbour is constantly playing the Peter Gunn Theme - what can i do?
It's been going on all night. Full blast as he's a dead old bugger. I've rattled up on my ceiling with the brush handle earlier a few times but it made no difference. It's getting late now and i want to go to bed as i've been working all day. He must have it on repeat. I don't feel brave enough to go up and tell him to turn it down cos i'll probably end up loosing my temper. Should i call the cops? Thanks :0)
Sorry, that should read "deaf old bugger" not dead lol. Although sometimes i wish he was...
go to the police and tell them what is going on and they might sort it out for you if not go and tell him in a nice voice to turn it down if that fails get the brush out and bang the ceiling when you go to work it will soon stop
