2 questions for the hair experts out there!?
1. i know frizz is caused by dry hair. i have curly frizzy hair and have started to really take care of my hair with treatments and wondering if my frizz will ever go away without having to wear stuff like gel all the time
2. i know that color can not lift color but can color lift bleached hair?

yes your frizz will go away once you learn how to tame your hair. i use to have the ugliest hair and now everyone loves it. u have to figure out what works for u though. color does not lift bleach but u can color after u have bleached the hair. i went from having dark brown hair to light brown w/ highlights. they bleached my hair not all of it then colored those highlights the color I wanted and put a toner on the hole thing.
