Good cream or serum for frizzy, damaged hair?

I'm looking for a hydrating cream (or product) for damaged hair that I can use while my hair is still wet, right before I blow dry it.
Something that controls frizz but also smooths damaged hair during blow drying so I wont have to use a flat iron as well.
Anyone have any suggestions or know anything that sounds like it might fit this description?
I'd prefer drugstore brands, moneys tight right now.

That is a fairly good one, but my hair is long and I prefer
