Fortifying Conditioner

Garnier Fructis fortifying shampoo/conditioner, does it work?
And explain why it does or doesn't, thanks :]
Ive tried it- wasnt impressed. Nothing different. Then again its a cheap shampoo. Although the smell is pretty. I swear you achieve the same result as buying a 99 cent Suave shampoo.
