I am a 15 year old male and suffer from constipation. I can go days at a time without having a single bowel movement. My average crisis lasts bewtween (3 days up to a week at most). When i first start noticing that im having problems its because i have trouble going to the bathroom. I usually take really long to actually do it (15min up to an Hour). And i know im not done because it is very little (if any); and i still feel like i have alot of waste that needs to be excreted.

I have tried Flax oil, Flax seeds, aloe vera, and Mona Vie (a fruit drink, like prune juice). Nothing seems to work efficiently. I hate enema's and laxatives only seem to worsen it.No, i dont drink water; and i dont think i have enough fiber in my diet.

Other than the obvious suggestions mentioned above like drinking water, and changing my diet. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT I CAN DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.
