I purchased a babyliss nano flat iron and when you close it the plates don't touch. Are these irons defective?
I also had FHI flat irons and had the same problem. When the plates don't touch is the heat beeing released and not being held in the plates for maximum straightness. please help.....I'm looking for a flat iron that work great on thick coarse natural hair and this is my second iron and not working at all on natural hair unless it's because they are defective. Any suggestions will help. Thanks =)
