i am 15 years old, female and i only own two, 5 pound dumbbells and a yoga mat. i have a dog. i don't like sports. i also have netflix (but i have no idea what exercise videos are good.) and i'm a beginner at exercise. i also don't have a lot of time because im in high school and have a lot of homework. there are no stairs where i live.

What would be fun for you is to play your music and dance. That will be free. Yoga will be too slow and boring for you. If your concern is depression, try to get professional help. It should be included in your family's insurance plan. If it has been pervasive, seek help.
