My dog ate my farouk chi straightener, is this covered in the repair policy?
I bought a Chi Turbo Straightener 2" about a month ago. While I was sleeping, my dog chewed my chi's wire in 3 places and messed up the felt. I know there is a repair policy with chi, and I was wondering if anyone had any expierence with this and thoughts on whether or not they would repair it for a decent price?
My guess is that they would since you just bought it a month ago. Take it back to where you bought it with the receipt and ask them, or call the toll free number : 1-800-237-9175
