i have longish hair (growing it out) with long layers ive tried evey product possible to volumize it, round brushes, blowdrying etc but nothing works for long enough Im in desperate need of layers BUT i want to keep my hair as thick and long as i can which means NOT cutting layers.

What im asking is if anyone knows a method of maybe using artificial layers. (~like a wig maybe?) to create false short layers at the top of my head.

Im not talking about extensions i know its near impossible to do this with extensions since you NEED the top layer of your hair to cover the weft/fusion/glue of the extensions or they will show.

If anyone knows any method for this please let me know!
