i want to put on 10 pounds of muscle . i have a bench olimpic style,dummbell set,power tower,a romen chair?
incline sit up bench , various bars and 500 pound in weights. what execrise are best from what i want to do with equipment i have. set and reps needed as well as days pre week.
start a routine workout. the first week take it slow and workout maybbe 2 times a week (so you wont be sore), then move up to 3 days, then 5, then however many days you are comfortable with. I would recommend you do 6 sets of 3-5 bench press with increasing weights. the first 4 sets need to be simply easy for you so you can do 5 reps of them. Also, try to have someone spot you for your 5th or 6th set. Dumbell bench press is also very affective. Also do arm curls, they will give you bigger muscle in no time. Dead lifts and squats really help with the lower back and legs. But remember, you have to take protein after you workout, or else the workouts will be 75% useless. your body needs fuel after it breaks down. what I use is Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein.
