What i do to get black hair (naturally brown) to an electric blue or pink color?
i have dyed black hair (naturally brown) and i want to dye it electric blue or pink, what should i do? what would the fastest way be and healthiest way for my hair?
i recommend you go to a salon and get this done.
they will have to bleach your hair, to strip the color
and then they'll dye it your blue or pink color.
if you do this yourself it will most likely come out dysfunctional looking
