My girlfriend took the car through a automatic carwash. It was unusually dirty as the day before it had been stuck in a muddy field with mud sprayed up the sides from the wheel spinning. After it had been through (payment taken before the wash) there was still dried mud up the side. When she asked to go through again "on a freebie" she was told she would have to pay again. When she asked for a refund she was refused. Now had it been me I probably would of lost my rag and parked across the car wash blocking any more cars going through until I got what I wanted but it wasn't and probably just as well! Just wondering from a legal point of view if they have to give a refund or not?
