My hands sometimes just flake and peel even if they are well moisturized and its not just a one time thing, this started a few years ago and now it happens like every few months. whats happens is i will go to bed and my hands will be perfectly fine and moisturized and then ill wake up the next morning and they will suddenly be flaky and peeling all over my palms on both hands and it lasts for a few days and i have tried exfoliating and drenching them with lotion but it doesnt work. and this thing wil last for a few days and then one night i will go to bed with my hands flaky and peeling and wake up the next morning and there will be no trace of my peeling skin, it leaves as quickly as it comes. Does anyone else have this problem and how do you deal with it. and please dont tell me to see the doctor because im pretty sure its not life threatening since its been happening for a long time.
