should you shampoo fine curls every day?
my hair is dry and is flat when i wake up. If I just wet it, a little product remains. Do I shampoo or just condition or wet and add more product?
Dont' shampoo because it'll just make your hair dryer, which can damage it.
What I do in the mornings is I wet my hair and add product. Sometimes I dampen it and add product. I wet/damp, add product, and fluff it to get rid of the flatness.
You can also condition your hair without the shampoo and this will keep your hair fairly clean until your next shampoo.
Buy a sulfate free shampoo because these are less drying than regular shampoos. Most organic and natural shampoos are sulfate-free, but check the packaging to make sure. You can find them at health foods stores, and other places.
If you can afford it, I suggest the Wen hair care line, particularly the cleansing conditioner.
