I have a problem. I have pretty good hair but that's because I treat it sooo bad. When it's dry, I use the flat iron and blow dryer at the highest level. And when I want to curl it, the curling iron is also my best buddy.

and when i decide i want wet curls, i use a good gel and hairspray, but i use the blow dryer rite after it. i want to prevent wet marks on my clothes. so it leaves my hair with the wet look but when you feel it, it is actually dry and very hard and crispy.

i also hairspray my roots megaduty and use the hairdryer to provide more volume. like lion hair.

im scared imma lose my hair in 2years.

what are the best products for people like me? i saw a commercial showing a shampoo and conditioner for ppl like me but i 4got it.

shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, gel, hairspray, mousse, not grease but like a moisturizer, anything that prevents frizz and split ends, something that is good for hair growth, etc. i knoe its alot but i need help. thanx
