Curl Frizz Control

How do I control my frizz?
I have really curly hair. I'm not talking bout little ringlettes. I'm talking BIG curls. Not normal. Anyway, my hair is poofy and frizzy and i can't seem to get the frizz to go away and I've tried a lot of products. If you can suggest any products that are cheap and work I will highly appreciate it.
P.S. I already use pantine curling mouse and all that does is make my hair freeze and don't like it.
Please help if you can. Thanks.
IT NEEDS TO BE CHEAP
The only product that works for me is Bumble and Bumble. I am sorry to say it is pricey. Try Sally Beauty Supply store-that is where the hairstylists usually go to get their stuff.Good luck.
