How many times should i build muscle per week?? Once = effective?
i knew that this is a common question , and i want to ask once more. Is once really effective? becoz after resting for the 2nd day only , i dun feel any soreness or tiredness. I feel energize to go to the gym again. Btw, my workout routine is just simple, that is to build a bigger arm and chest. So i was thinking that my plan will be only going to the gym once because there is only 2 workout i can do there. Chest press and biceps curl.
In the meantime, chest press hit the triceps also if i'm not mistaken. Also , i felt of neglecting my lower body because it is so much bigger but not muscular. Conclusion , i'm just going to the gym once per week. I doubt my workout routine may cause problem.
It can be effective if you have a intense workout consisting of ; flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, cable flies, and pec deck. Depending on your experience level each exercise do 3 15 reps for beginner and 5 sets of 10 for advanced. Your pectoral and triceps will be extremely sore therefore you won't need to train them unitl the next week. Even though you have big legs still train them also. The overall goal is be muscularly proportioned. So for legs you want to do 5 sets of 15 reps for definition. Good luck!
